• Dummy clips: dispatched within 1–3 business days.

• Other handmade products (e.g., tooth fairy pillows): dispatched within up to 10 business days due to personalised production time.

• Domestic Shipping (UK)

  • Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the chosen postal or courier service.

  • We do not take responsibility for postal or courier delays, as these are outside of our control.

  • International Shipping

    • Orders shipped outside the UK (including USA and Europe) are delivered within approximately 7 business days from the moment of dispatch.

    • All international parcels are sent with a tracking number.

    • General Information

      • Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.

      • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will apply.
